Vinton's Lions Club and Troop 47 renew Charter for 86th Year The Boundary Waters Canoe Wilderness Area, Glacier National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Smoky Mountains National Park, Philmont Scout Ranch. These, and more, are all High Adventure destinations that the Vinton Scout Troop #47 have been to over the last 10 years. In fact, they attend one such destination every year.
